Following the global context, the mental framing as a precondition for Humanistic Management is drawn from the insight that all business is based on human interaction. Hence, all business is H2H, Human2Human business. Second, the presentation takes a look at key drivers that can be developed and deployed in organizations. Those are purpose with legitimacy, passion with integrity and empathy. Third, the management paradigm based on the three-stepped approach to humanistic management we developed at the Humanistic Management Center is depicted in this presentation.
