This executive education offer of the Humanistic Management Center answers to those questions and provides a compass to navigate the stakeholder economy. It provides a solid foundation grounded in cutting edge research on stakeholder theory and conceptions of legitimacy, empowering executives to better comprehend and contextualize stakeholder claims within their core business activities. The Humanistic Management Center has built a repository of case examples in which businesses have successfully overcome stakeholder conflict providing fertile grounds to derive lessons and apply measures that help to establish constructive response mechanisms to the increasing amount of stakeholder claims businesses are facing.
Stakeholder dialog done right is not only a tool for conflict resolution though. Moreover it offers substantial opportunities to engage with core constituents of the firm and to learn about tomorrow's business case, today. It provides a platform to hear about societal expectations and to gain an early warning system for the ESG risks a business is exposed to. While making these benefits come to fruition is not an easy endeavor, our case examples demonstrate how it can be done. This course offer is designed to support and enable business organizations to successfully navigate the stakeholder economy and yield the benefits it offers.
