Executive education provides one of the rare opportunities for creating a space in which leaders can reflect on their role and ask how they can contribute to a more equitable and more sustainable planet; how they can deliver on the dual objective of creating business success and value for society. Without actively integrating this dimension in leadership development offers, executive education providers are facing the question of how they themselves assume responsibility.
In order to address some of the central questions in responsible leadership development efforts we are publishing an edited volume in the much acclaimed Humanism in Business Book Series at Springer (Palgrave Macmillan) which is edited by our partner, the Humanistic Management Network.
