Swiss Bootcamp 2023

Intercultural management and purpose driven, innovative business models are at the heart of this three day intensive certificate course offered in early November 2023 at the Regional College of Management, Bangalore, branded by the Humanistic Management Network and delivered by the Humanistic Management Center.

In an ever more interconnected and interdependent world business success is contingent upon business models and products that are highly adaptive and can flexibly cater to a variety of markets. And success on a global marketplace also needs executives equipped with the leadership skills that allow for highly productive and diverse teams to enhance the positive impact of business.

The Swiss Boot camp, exclusively offered to RCMB by the Humanistic Management Network is geared towards developing those skills and attaining corresponding knowledge. Participants will:

Gain an overview of Switzerland from the cultural, political and economic perspective.
Develop a business idea based on offering something Indian on the Swiss market.
Cultivate their leadership skills in the context of managing intercultural teams.
