Globally distributed project teams, working from home, cloud based information access are but a few of the drivers of changing leadership demands in the digital age. Now, add to that artificial intelligence and the challenge to "lead” intelligent machines as quasi employees and, taking one step further, we may very well have artificial intelligence leading us.
Artificial intelligence will have great impact on how we lead and will further challenge traditional organizational structures that have already begun to crumble. As part of our event series on digitization and business ethics hosted by Lilienberg Unternehmerforum, we will discuss leadership and artificial intelligence. Moderated by Christoph Vollenweider and Raban Fuhrmann, Hermann Arnold of Haufe Umantis and Dr. Jan-Arne Gewert of Gewert Consulting will present their insights on the topic before HMC Director Ernst von Kimakowitz will offer some reflections to kick of the discussion with the participants.
